Deric spent the first 37 years of his real estate career at RE/MAX Real Estate (Central), the #1 RE/MAX office in the world, for the last 22+ years.
Deric left RE/MAX in February 2022 as one of the Top-Producing Realtors to join REAL Broker. He enjoyed his time with colleagues, especially the friendship he shared with owner Pat Hare, whose sincere wish for the best of success will always be remembered.
Deric has achieved virtually every available real estate award; however, those awards mean little to him; his true reward comes in working with people and seeing their joy when we find the right home or investment property!
Deric is passionate about walking people through the transitions of life’s varying seasons. Helping a young couple find their perfect first home or assisting a retired couple find their new villa or apartment home best suited to them.
